HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will directly support equipment uptime, product quality, and team productivity- helping us deliver on our promise to customers every single day.

(Hiring for Multiple Positions and Shifts)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime
  • Conduct inspections, calibrations, and adjustments to maintain safety and operational standards
  • Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to address recurring issues and support continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades
  • Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies

THE ENVIRONMENT:

  • Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must always be adhered to.
  • Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Multiple shifts available, including potential overtime and weekend work
  • Work involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working around machinery
  • The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills and a sense of urgency
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance 
  • Completion of a technical program in industrial machine/ maintenance technology, manufacturing technology or other related field
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, or automation systems
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or TPM methodologies
  • Willing and able to work off-shifts and/or weekends
