The Impact Team Lead – Finance is responsible for leading the Finance workstream within a global transformation program (SAP S/4HANA), ensuring delivery of standardized, efficient, and compliant financial processes.

This role combines functional finance expertise, transformation leadership, and people management, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and program governance.

The Team Lead drives end-to-end delivery, from design through deployment and stabilization, while ensuring alignment with global finance strategy and best practices.

Job Description

• Define and realize business process standards and master data concepts  in SAP S/4HANA FI to fulfill the requirements of the different customers within local, BA and Group Finance / Accounting
• Guard the template and ensure standardized processes in the areas of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting and financial supply chain management across BAs and legal entities
• Support 10+ rollouts yearly: Steer customizing and system preparation, act as functional guide and expert for the Finance template for rollout teams worldwide
• Define concepts for a proper system implementation and adequate testing. Generate blueprint and test catalogue. Identify and lead continuous improvements of template processes.
• Lead and develop the employees of the Finance stream (Business Process Analysts and IT Consultants). Steer external partners.

Calificări

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or comparable qualification
• Operational experience in Finance / Accounting and related departments (e.g. General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Closing and Reporting)
• Experience with SAP FI and related modules
• Project management experience (ideally in SAP rollout / implementation projects)
• Team lead experience / negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills with different management levels and cultures
• English: fluent in speaking and writing
• Flexibility to travel occasionally based on project requirements
