Position Title: Shift Supervisor

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensure safety of all plant personnel, vendors, contractors, and visitors; manage safety and environmental processes to ensure compliance.
- Manage and assist operators with plant equipment and processes to maintain efficient and continuous operations.
- Oversee and assist with equipment preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Manage shift schedules and coordinate manpower coverage with the Plant Manager and other Shift Supervisors.
- Train new employees on safety, environmental policies, operational processes, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping standards.

Conditions of Employment:
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment:
Role operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
