What You'll Be Doing
- Build and grow relationships with customers by identifying hazardous waste recycling and disposal solutions that meet their needs.
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by educating customers on regulatory-compliant and sustainable waste solutions.
- Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams to deliver accurate proposals and service execution.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress to support business goals.

- Demonstrated capability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and drive results.
- Solid understanding of environmental services, hazardous waste, or industrial services markets.
- Clear and professional communication skills with customers and internal partners.
- High level of organization, initiative, and accountability in managing priorities.

- Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
