- Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites.
- Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries.
- Accurately complete delivery tickets, logs, and other required documentation.
- Support plant and site operations by maintaining a clean truck and following all safety procedures.
- Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to following procedures and regulations.
- Dependable and customer-focused approach to daily work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Capability to perform the physical demands of the role, including climbing, lifting, and extended periods of driving.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
