This role will support the design and execution of Vanguard’s partnership strategy across the region, working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a passion for financial services and long-term investing.
Core Responsibilities
- Supports partnership and offer development initiatives by conducting targeted research and analysis on potential partners, competitive offerings, and market developments.
- Develops materials for internal and partner engagement, including presentations, partnership updates, briefing documents, and summaries of strategic value and progress across key relationships.
- Coordinates cross-functional execution across marketing, sales, legal/compliance, and finance teams, tracking progress and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and supports ongoing engagement with external partners.
- Supports identification and evaluation of potential partners, including conducting basic research and organizing findings to inform pipeline prioritization.
- Contributes to project management and execution tracking, including maintaining dashboards, trackers, and timelines across key initiatives.
- Participates in team and stakeholder meetings to support business strategy and partnership initiatives.
- Contributes to broader Offer Development priorities, including thought leadership, investor education, and enterprise-level strategic projects, as needed.
- Builds general knowledge of industry, market, and competitive trends to support the team’s work.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in strategy, partnerships, financial services, or related fields (internship or relevant academic project experience included).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize information into clear outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials (e.g., presentations, summaries, briefings).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Interest in investments, retirement, and the financial services industry.
