Air Liquide Philippines, a fully owned subsidiary of Air Liquide Group, started its operations in 1994 and currently employs 230+ people. We operate air separation units (ASU), hydrogen plants, carbon dioxide plants, cylinder refilling stations and depots, on-site plants and pipelines nationwide. Our main plant is situated in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, and our head office is in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

We serve a wide spectrum of markets and industries including electronics, food processing, pharmaceuticals, metals, automotive, shipbuilding, and hospitals.

Air Liquide Philippines is ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as GMP certified for medical oxygen. In addition, our liquid carbon dioxide plant in Pasig City filled the requirements for Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) for the manufacture of this gas as a food additive.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be based at our head office in Taguig with a primary commercial focus on the South Luzon and Batangas regions. You will manage and retain core key accounts across the semiconductor, food sectors etc through achieving sales targets for packaged gas, bulk supply, on-site supply, and pipeline business. You will drive sales growth, lead contract renewals, and collaborate globally to ensure long-term commercial success.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Manage and retain core strategic accounts, with broader oversight of a portfolio across the food and semiconductor sectors etc.

  • Conduct regular customer site visits and lead relationship-building initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Lead structured quarterly business reviews with key clients to ensure alignment and address operational needs.

  • Review and manage profit and loss (P&L) performance for basins and on-site accounts nationwide.

  • Identify, support, and execute commercial strategies for business expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and capacity increases.

  • Implement tailored strategies for Bulk, On-site, and Pipeline business lines to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to negotiate contract clauses, manage renewals, and ensure alignment with standard commercial policies.

  • Establish active, collaborative networks with Global Key and Senior Account Managers to align local operations with international account strategies.

  • Utilize internal salesforce effectiveness tools to log data and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly sales progression reports to management.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a related technical/business discipline.

  • Extensive experience in B2B Key Account Management or Technical Sales, preferably within the industrial gas, chemical, manufacturing, or semiconductor industries.

  • Proven track record of managing high-value Bulk, On-site, or Pipeline commercial contracts and navigating complex renewal processes will be a plus. 

  • Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing account P&L metrics and translating data into actionable sales strategies.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, specifically Salesforce and related business intelligence applications.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across legal, local leadership, and global teams.
