Ensure the minimum Industrial Management System (IMS) requirements related to the Industrial Regulatory Compliance (IRC) process to be integrated by each domains and the industrial regulations applicable to E&C China business are identified, watched and made available to users, and monitoring and addressing the potential and actual offenses and violations of laws and regulations, to prevent recurrence.

 

您将如何贡献和成长？

 

• Develop and maintain on a regular basis an Industrial Regulatory Compliance (IRC) Plan and Tracking Table with key priority objectives and outcomes;
• Set up when need IRC tracking tables and Industrial Regulations database, based on key priorities, and ensure its follow up and review;
• Ensure that activities and responsibilities of the actors involved in incorporation of the IRC Process are well defined and correctly executed, by identifying regulatory domains and their related leaders;
• Share information and provide support especially to the facility managers and proposal and projects managers to ensure the understanding of the process and its objectives.
• Coordinate the regulatory watch, evaluating the process effectiveness and taking improvement actions.
• Ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and assessing permits status through IRC audits.
• Collect and assess process data and performance to be reported and discussed during the management review meetings.
• Regularly review the Regulatory Domain Leader (RDL) list and ensure the adequacy of employees vs functions.

• Bachelor's degree or above in an Engineering discipline, with 10+ years of quality management experience within the industrial manufacturing or engineering sectors.
• Deep understanding of multi-national/regional industrial regulations, policy frameworks, and permit management requirements.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools and technologies to efficiently research, analyze, and establish multi-country industrial regulatory guidelines and compliance tracking databases.
• Capable of independently developing and overseeing the implementation of regulatory compliance plans.
• Strong cross-functional communication and advocacy skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to timely collect and assess compliance performance and lessons learned
• Excellent English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to maintain close communication and collaboration with industrial compliance professionals across other centers.
