Ejecutar y coordinar la facturación y gestión de cobranzas de una cartera de clientes determinada con el objetivo de garantizar los objetivos planteados a nivel sucursal y de la compañía.Principales responsabilidades:
-Coordinar y gestionar el proceso de facturación.
-Coordinar y llevar a cabo la gestión de cobranzas.
-Reflejar correctamente el stock del cliente en función a las validaciones efectuadas por el/la Representante Comercial.
-Actualizar perfiles de precios de los clientes de acuerdo a la propuesta confeccionada por el equipo de Representación Comercial.
-Monitorear y conciliar las cuentas corrientes de los clientes.
-Recibir, gestionar y resolver reclamos de clientes, fortaleciendo la relación de confianza.
-Confeccionar recibos en función a la cobranza recibida del cliente.
-Confeccionar solicitudes de Nota de Crédito y Débito debidamente sustentadas, asegurando la alineación con los procesos de control interno.
-Efectuar el alta de clientes en el sistema, de acuerdo a la documentación brindada.
