We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join our growing international team.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers and business partners across West Cluster (Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia), ensuring smooth order processing, shipment coordination, and excellent customer experience.

The position is available with Budapest (HU), Zagreb (HR) or Ljubljana (SI) location. We do not require our future employee to work from a specific location, but it's necessary to visit the office regularly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via email and phone;
  • Process and follow up customer orders;
  • Coordinate deliveries and logistics activities;
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues;
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners;
  • Communicate with warehouses, carriers, and internal departments;
  • Update customer and order information in ERP/CRM systems;
  • Prepare reports and support operational improvements;
  • Handle complaints and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluent Hungarian, fluent English, fluent Croatian or Slovenian (written and spoken);
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook);
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage;
  • Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain in an advantage.
