JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Supply Operations Analyst supporting the spares and remarket program with EOS IT, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain processes related to IT infrastructure. This position involves analysing, managing, and improving operations related to spares, remarketing, returns, repairs, and recycling of networking hardware. The spares and remarketing Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective management of IT infrastructure products across the supply chain.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Spares program support:
- Support the operational planning and distribution of spare parts across a global network.
- Co-ordinate and manage the end-to-end spare parts planning process, partnering with stakeholders & vendors to capture critical input and drive accurate reporting.
- Support execution related activities including BOM creation, Purchase order management, expedite requests, and stock transfer order creation.
- Manage global spares distribution and reporting to ensure seamless logistic execution.
- Support replacement of damaged parts within the network
- Delivery actionable insight and comprehensive report to stakeholders to support operational and strategic decision making
Remarketing program
- Support the operational scaling of the remarket program decision
- Management end-to-end sales order creation and related reporting.
- Oversee end to end billing and invoice reconciliation.
- Track billing progress, sales order status, reconciliation gaps, and operational blockers.
- Delivery data-driven insights and report to key stakeholders to support informed decision making.
Operational metrics reporting and analysis
- Drive operational metrics and KPI performance across spared and remarketing activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis where performance gaps are identified and support closure of corrective actions.
- Maintain reporting to monitor program effectiveness, operational volumes, risk and service performance.
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for process improvement through data analysis.
- Define and track key performance metrics for supply chain operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide a comprehensive overview of the supply chain's performance.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure alignment with demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with operational and planning procurement teams to maintain an efficient and cost-effective inventory.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance overall operational efficiency.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain.
- Participate in regular meetings to address operational challenges and drive collaborative solutions.
Qualifications/ skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT networking or related technology products supply chain.
- Strong understanding of IT networking hardware and related technologies and familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience with spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced IT environment
- Proven experience in working on ticketing systems with tight SLA and TAT KPIs
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Minimum of 4-7 years' experience in supply chain management, Logistics analytics, or reverse supply operations.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, related field and/or related experience.
