The People & Culture Specialist – Experience & Performance is responsible for partnering with business leaders and employees to deliver key people initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The role provides expert support in employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation processes, workforce planning, and organizational change. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help drive employee engagement, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture while ensuring alignment with business objectives and local employment practices.
People & Culture in Celle offers employees the opportunity to gain experience as a P&C XP Partner for a limited period of approximately 14 months as parental leave replacement.
As a People & Culture Specialist - Experience & Performance, you will be responsible for:
Serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing P&C XP guidance and resolving complex employee relations matters.
Supporting client groups through key P&C operating cycles, including salary planning, talent management, and performance management.
Managing employee lifecycle movements such as promotions, salary adjustments, and workforce planning to ensure strong talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
Contributing to M&A activities and related integration projects.
Collaborating effectively with the works council on employee-related topics.
Leading and championing P&C projects and employee engagement initiatives at the country level.
Driving Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives and acting as an ambassador for the Baker Hughes culture.
To be successful in this role you will:
Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with relevant Human Resources experience).
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
Bring ability to work independently and effectively.
Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges
