As an Operational Construction Manager, you will support and execute construction activities on supplier site located in Monfalcone (GO), ensuring alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating contractors, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the construction phase.
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring full compliance with BH Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements, promoting a strong safety culture on site.
Supporting and actively participate in construction activities, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors during the execution phase to ensure readiness and proper planning of work.
Monitoring construction progress and contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of processes in response to operational needs.
Assisting in identifying opportunities for process efficiencies, contributing to improvement initiatives within a broader functional context.
Supporting the QA/QC team in site activities, including the preparation of non-conformance reports and follow-up of corrective actions.
Maintaining effective communication and coordination with Customer representatives to address and resolve field issues.
Ensuring proper coordination with subcontractors to guarantee clarity in execution, alignment with project requirements, and timely delivery.
Contributing to maintaining construction documentation and reporting accuracy.

To be successful in this role you will:

Hold a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline.
Have solid knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and practices.
Bring experience in construction activities, site operations, or production environments.
Possess familiarity with fabrication processes, welding, dimensional controls, and painting supervision within industrial contexts (preferably O&G).
Have working knowledge of quality standards such as AWS, ASME, API and basic understanding of NDE methodologies.
Be familiar with welding procedures, material compliance, and site quality requirements.
Show experience working within structured and matrixed organizations.
Demonstrate good knowledge of industrial quality standards and their application on site.
Be fluent in English and Italian, with a valid EU work permit.
Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and customers.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 To 70,400.
"The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay".
