Job Description
Core Objective:
To manage and coordinate the Project Management Building (PMB), streamlining the flow of people, information, and logistics to and from the site. You serve as the custodian of site culture, safety compliance, and operational excellence, acting as the central point for communications, organization, and processes for all
stakeholders. This includes leading the development and execution of site-wide communication plans, setting the standard for knowledge management, and controlling the onboarding data and narrative with PMC site leadership to ensure a seamless welcome for all.
1. Communication & Stakeholder Management
You serve as the primary interface and manager for all non-technical site
communications, ensuring the project's external and internal 'voice' is consistent,
professional, and well-managed.
● Client Relations: Act as the first point of contact for the client regarding site
visits, facility usage, and progress reporting.
● Public Relations: Manage community communication channels towards BUK
to keep the local public informed of site activities (noise, traffic disruptions).
● Site Relations: Act as the first point of contact for any PMB related issues or
general logistics to and from the PMB.
● Internal Flow: Establish and maintain the "Site Communication Protocol and
Matrix"—ensuring that directives from the PMC reach the SPC’s operatives on
the ground effectively.
● Weekly Meetings/Reporting: Assisting and chairing weekly meetings and
administering any protocols as well as keeping the group channels and
calendars up to date
● Documentation: Helping with the development of any informative
Presentations if and when required and keeping the site data up to date
including all deliverables documentation working closely with the PMC.
2. PMB & Facility Management
You are responsible for the "heart" of the site—the Project Management
Building—ensuring it remains a safe, productive, and compliant environment.
● Workplace Standards: Ensure the PMB complies with Danish Building Code
(Bygningsreglementet) and Arbejdstilsynet (Working Environment Authority)
standards.
● Site Logistics: Oversee the delivery schedule for the office and site supplies,
ensuring no bottlenecks at the campus entry points.
● Maintenance: Coordinate cleaning services, HVAC functionality, and IT
infrastructure within the site offices.
3. Onboarding & Site Inductions
Given the paramount importance of security and safety in a data center environment,
you are the owner and controller of the project's "Front Door," managing all initial
access and induction processes.
● Onboarding: Manage the administrative process for new contractors, including
credential verification and access control.
● Inductions: Facilitate or oversee the delivery of site safety inductions, ensuring
every operative understands the LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) protocols, PPE
requirements, and Danish and Site specific safety laws.
● Record Keeping: Maintain a digital audit trail of who is on-site at any given
time for safety and compliance purposes.
