F&B&E Manager TRIBE & Handwritten ENA F/M/X
Posted about 2 hours ago
Job Description
This is where your greatest challenge awaits:
Join the F&B&E ENA team and become the guardian of the lifestyle DNA of the TRIBE and Handwritten brands across the region. You will operate at the heart of a vibrant ecosystem — restaurants, bars, cocktail offerings, coffee culture, entertainment — working closely with hotels, regional teams (Marketing, Operations, Procurement, D&TS) and the Global Team. On TRIBE, you lead the full F&B&E strategy; on Handwritten, you support hotels — true boutique properties with specific needs — in building and rolling out their F&B offer.
Your mission:
Define, structure and deploy the Food & Beverage & Entertainment strategy for the TRIBE and Handwritten brands to strengthen their desirability, profitability and lifestyle positioning. You will drive the development and effective implementation of standards, concepts, SOPs and the F&B&E Service Culture, while supporting hotels in rolling out activations, events and brand experiences.
Your key responsibilities:
On TRIBE ENA:
- Strategy & F&B&E positioning: define the TRIBE F&B&E vision (restaurants, bars, cocktail offer, coffee culture, entertainment), build differentiated, profitable concepts adaptable to local markets, define offer standards (menus, pricing, guest experience, merchandising), and ensure alignment with the brand’s global strategy
- Performance & profitability: define F&B KPIs (food cost, beverage cost, tray cost…), build operational toolkits (menu engineering, costing, SOPs, technical sheets…), co-create and support action plans with operational teams, and optimize purchasing with Procurement
- Concept development & innovation: create and evolve F&B&E concepts, integrate lifestyle and entertainment trends, develop signature TRIBE experiences, and oversee design & experience consistency with D&TS
- Brand activation & F&B marketing: develop F&B activations with TRIBE Marketing (Festive toolkit, photo shoots, opening launch strategies), and support hotels in their local activations
- Pre-openings & rollout: define F&B&E standards for new hotels, support pre-openings (concept, menu, sourcing, recruitment support, training, soft opening), and ensure teams are trained on and embrace the concepts
On Handwritten ENA:
- Present the brand’s F&B&E philosophy and support each hotel — boutique properties with specific needs — in building their F&B offer
- Support pre-openings (concept, menu, sourcing, recruitment support, training, soft opening)
- Support hotels in their local activations (opening events, sourcing suitable partners and suppliers)
Qualifications
And you?
- 7+ years of experience in F&B; hands-on operational experience is essential, international experience is a plus
- Strategic F&B&E vision aligned with a lifestyle positioning, with the ability to turn that vision into profitable, scalable concepts
- Strong command of menu engineering and margin optimization
- Solid understanding of F&B operations (restaurants, bars, coffee culture, entertainment)
- Proven experience rolling out standards, SOPs and operational toolkits
- Experience in pre-opening and concept structuring
- Ability to support field teams in execution, and to coordinate a wide range of stakeholders (operations, marketing, procurement, design, finance, development, external partners)
- Fluent English required
