Job Description
- Implementation of Strategy and Rightness of Brand Priorities: Work closely with the FMM on the implementation of the field strategy and on defining ideas and programs to build brand image and increase understanding of the product functionality on a local level. Successfully execute program fundamentals in a truly tailored way, seizing opportunities to implement proven best practices where they suit local needs. Drive consumer trial through activities in line with brand values, international guidelines and expectations to win consumers.
- Marketing Innovation: Support the FMM in developing, owning and executing new ideas that are locally relevant complementing the activation of global and national initiatives.
- Premium Appeal and Executional Excellence: Support the FMM in creating and supporting key events, scenes and marketing opportunities in line with Red Bull brand values and relevant to the local consumer and media landscape, with a focus on participation.
- Organizational Capabilities and Enabling Structure:
- Acts as a role model, displaying the Red Bull values with a consistent tone of voice that is motivating and inspiring.
- Hire, train and lead the Student Marketeers Team of the area, ensuring the right profiles to drive conversion while promoting the development of shining stars within the Company.
- Ensure the right Student Marketeer program set up, in the right places and moments to reach the target groups, being flexible with resources so that we are always fishing where the fish are.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Marketing or Sales.
- Experience working at events and Marketing activations from an organizational point of view
- Have an important University Lifestyle background.
- Experience in managing people and teams
- Understands the core scenes in the region and has strong networking skills.
- Have already built and sustained personal relationships in core scenes (Culture, and/or Sports etc.)
Requirements:
- Education: University Degree 3 years minimum. Ideally knowledge in Marketing
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- A strategic thinker who takes initiative and ownership and “makes things happen”
- Leadership, motivation and team skills
- Strong analytical, planning, budgetary and project management competencies
- Knowledge of the local Student Community & Universities.
- Self-confident, sporty, self-motivated, interested in working with people, stress-resistant.
Skills:
- Understanding of the Marketing & Sales perspective.
- Creative mind with a track record of putting new ideas into practice and assessing results.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.

Area of impact: Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Navarra, La Rioja, País Vasco, León, Burgos and Palencia
Travel: 75%
