Job Description
Prepare and organize mise en place for both cold and hot dishes
Support the Chef de Partie in the preparation of dishes for our various outlets (Restaurant Ikarus, Carpe Diem Lounge-Café, and Mayday Bar)
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Qualifications
Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy
Previous professional experience, ideally in fine dining or upscale hospitality
Excellent product knowledge and strong professional expertise
Professional, confident, and friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility
Strong team player with flexibility, resilience, and reliability
Excellent command of German and English
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.600 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
