What does ‘Brand Specialist - JLV (Fikrfree & Gaming)’ do?

• Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
• Conduct consumer, category, and competitor research to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to support brand planning and decision-making.
• Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Assist in developing relevant, audience-focused content aligned with the brand's positioning and objectives.
• Track and analyze brand and campaign performance, preparing post-campaign evaluations and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
• Support the management of brand assets and maintain consistency across all marketing communications.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging consumer behaviors, and best practices in brand marketing.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be ‘Brand Specialist - JLV (Fikrfree & Gaming)’?

• A passionate, outgoing personality with the drive and dedication to build and grow the brand holistically
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• At least 02 years of relevant experience in marketing or a similar role
• Strong understanding of content creation and a demonstrated ability to leverage digital media
• A creative individual with a strong flair of innovative ideas for content creation for platforms
• Experience working on youth-focused and community-driven initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for building and growing brands
• Solid understanding of content creation with hands-on experience in leveraging digital media platforms
• Highly creative with a strong ability to generate innovative content ideas for various digital channels
