Job Description

• Experience on setting up, maintaining and payments for Pension payments
• Experience on Cash processing and exception clearance for impacted entries is desirable.
• Strong understanding of financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, MBS, SWAPS, Equities, etc.
• Sound Knowledge of reconciliation and reporting is desirable
• Must have an understanding of the risks involved in cash movements.
• Should understand different types of instructions like, ACH, Check, Wire, etc. Understanding of upstream and downstream of process.
• Should have experience of working under pressure to meet the processing window deadline.
• Experience of posting transactions on accounting & custody book for exception resolution would be desirable.
• Understanding around business transitions and required documentation will have added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
• Candidate should have exposure around audits (internal and external) and strong understanding around Risk and Control framework.
• Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts such as custodians, brokers and client trading desks and should be capable of handling Onshore Queries and Issues.
• Experience of applications like Global Plus, AddVantage & Trust Desk applications would have added advantage.
• Ensure near 100% First Time Right (FTR) by processing transactions with high accuracy, performing thorough validations, and minimizing errors and rework.

·       Excellent communication, as you will be involved with client communications via phone and email
