Job Description

Responsibilities: - Manage and execute content updates, uploads, and publishing across digital platforms to ensure timeliness and accuracy. - Maintain content quality standards, ensuring adherence to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UX, design) to support the development and execution of content strategies. - Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights to improve engagement and effectiveness. - Conduct regular content audits, identifying outdated, inconsistent, or underperforming content and recommending improvements. - Stay informed on industry trends, CMS tools, and best practices, applying relevant updates to enhance workflows. - Support documentation and organization of content assets, ensuring accessibility for stakeholders and teams.
