This position works out in our Mexico City facilities, with Establish Pharmaceutical Division. (EPD)

Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines and biosimilar portfolio, reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, respiratory and oncology.
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
This role allow to gain Abbott's positioning and differentiation in the biosimilar market. The Sr Brand Manager can develop and implement initiatives that enhance patient access to new biotechnologies, addressing affordability and availability in the healthcare system. Building relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and policy makers. The role can leverage market research and data analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize product offerings.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the Brand Launch Plan for Biosimilar portfolio aligned with global strategy and local market dynamics. Define product positioning, value proposition, and messaging tailored to key stakeholders (HCP, institutions, payers).
- Lead the go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, targeting, and tactical execution
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. Track brand performance through KPIs, sales data, and field feedback; propose corrective actions when needed.
- Act as the brand champion within the Biosimilar Brand Team, integrating inputs from Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, and Compliance
- Partner with MSLs and KAMs to ensure scientific alignment and impactful field execution.
- Manage brand budget and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI
- Lead pre-launch activities including advisory boards, congress presence, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure readiness of promotional materials, training programs, and CRM tools.
- Drive post-launch monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, in oncology or specialty care.
- Proven track record in launching innovative therapies and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
