HAVAS INTERNATIONAL, who are we? 

Havas International is the international hub of Havas Media, one of the largest communication groups in the world. The team is responsible for the management, coordination and implementation of media campaigns for major global advertisers such as Hermès, Michelin, Lactalis, Meetic, the European Parliament, Capgemini, PayPal, Atout France, Orange, Carrefour and BNPP. 

This department is also, above all, made up of 100 employees from all over the world, all driven by a shared passion for international communication. 

An agile, human-sized entity that balances client relations, consulting, media strategy, coordination and implementation across all media channels, whether offline or digital. 

We are looking for an International Media Assistant starting in September, to strengthen the international hub teams in the management of various clients, including support in coordinating different experts and other operational tasks. 

Your future challenges? 

• Relationship management and coordination with the various experts  
• Social, Programmatic, Publishing, Offline, throughout the different stages of the campaign: briefing experts, challenging media recommendations, monitoring timelines, campaign follow-up, presenting performance reviews, etc. 
• Responding to various client requests and needs in order to propose appropriate media activations. 
• Keeping up to date with the market and the latest media, technical and data innovations. 
• Support on cross-functional projects, ad hoc studies, competitive analysis, etc. 
• Support in the financial monitoring of the different campaigns. 
• Coordination with local markets, including briefing follow-up, campaign follow-up and daily support on various requests. 

Your profile? 

• You are studying at Bac+4/5 level in communication, marketing or management. 
• You are organized and rigorous by nature. 
• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, open-mindedness, proactivity and ease of oral communication in both French and English : fluent level required. 
• You have a strong interest in marketing, communication and advertising. 
• You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. 
• You have strong analytical skills. 
• A first internship experience within an agency is a plus! 

Terms :

💡 Internship agreement required 

📆 Duration: 6 months
