Role Purpose

The Assistant Project Manager – Mechanical supports the delivery of Mechanical works on projects, ensuring execution in accordance with approved designs, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with electrical, architectural, and structural teams to manage interfaces.
• Monitor site progress and support schedule and cost control activities.
• Ensure mechanical works comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Assist in managing RFIs, variations, and technical clarifications.
• Participate in site meetings and progress reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in mechanical project delivery.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and industry standards.
• Strong coordination and reporting skills.
