The Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering efficient and responsive customer service, with a strong focus on claims processing and payment. The role ensures full compliance with internal business processes (IBP) and regulatory due diligence requirements while maintaining accurate records and reports. The officer is also accountable for handling customer interactions and complaints in a compliant and professional manner, always ensuring adherence to organizational policies and service standards.- Customer Service and claims payment.
