Job Summary
Deliver the company’s sales and manpower objectives in the assigned development area called region
Job Accountabilities
Deliver the assigned sales target for the region by recommending strategies and implementing a viable sales and recruitment management plan for existing and new agencies within the assigned Region
Provide leadership and direction to agency leaders in the assigned region by setting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, recruitment targets, and other sales targets and recommending and implementing initiatives essential to the achievement of the sales targets
Lead in the conduct of monthly performance reviews with all agency leaders in the assigned area, highlighting performance gaps and recommending solution to address the gap/s
Lead in the conduct of regular coaching sessions with agency leaders within the assigned area to address current performance gaps and provide support on their development
Coordinate and collaborate with support groups/other departments within Agency and in PLUK to address the development needs and concerns of the area assigned
Train and guide new/onboarding/incoming SD/ASDs, Asst Manager/Manager - Sales Development and provide expertise on achieving sales targets and recommend the most productive ways of working with agency leaders
Act as a resource person/subject matter expert to agency leaders during business meetings on matters regarding delivering sales targets and growing an area in terms of manpower
Build a network of agency leaders and potential leaders and provide recommendation to the Manager - Agency Development on sourcing potential agency leader recruits
Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out
Be familiar and understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer. Must operate a process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters are identified and reported

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or other related courses
