JOB SCOPE:
The incumbent is responsible to:
Ensure PD Governance Deliverables are achieved
Responsible to PD Governance Quality Review end-to-end portfolio
Assist in risk & compliance related matters
Assist in Replacement of Policy (ROP) management
Assist in complaint handling related to sales practice
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to ensure the deliverables of PDG
Perform Quality Assurance (QA) review task in Welcome Call, YPFR & Licensing
Responsible to handle risk & compliance report as well as other review/assessment
Execute the ROP management which includes:
providing the ROP detection to sales team and bank partners
populating the ROP appeal to ROP committee
providing support in the process of appealing the ROP to Appointed actuary (AA)
executing ROP Revocation task within SLA set
Responsible in handling complaint for info request, escalation & ensure closure within timeline
Perform any other duties that assigned by Superior from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
1. Qualifications
Diploma or degree holder in any discipline
PCE, CEILI related courses would be an advantage
2. Working Experience
At least 5 years working experience in insurance industry
3. Knowledge
Good knowledge of insurance products
Analytical, with effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle the assigned portfolio
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
Able to produce accurate work under pressure and meeting deadlines
A self-starter, pro-active, committed, mature and motivated worker who enjoys working in a challenging environment
Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
