工作內容

負責保險數位服務平台(包含行動投保/照會、行動保服及遠距服務等系統)之產品規劃、需求管理及功能開發,採用 Agile 開發模式推動新通路串接、功能優化與數位服務創新,持續提升平台使用率、客戶體驗及營運效率。 與業務通路、商品管理、營運、資訊科技及法令遵循等單位密切合作,蒐集與整合需求,確保平台功能符合法規要求、業務策略及客戶需求。 規劃並執行跨部門專案,負責需求分析、時程管理、測試驗證及上線推動,確保專案如期交付並達成預期效益。 與 IT 部門或系統開發廠商合作,推動數位服務平台串接與系統整合方案。 分析數位平台營運數據、使用者行為及客戶回饋,提出產品改善建議與創新方案,持續提升使用者滿意度。 評估 AI及自動化技術於保險服務流程之應用機會,協助推動數位轉型與創新發展。

資格條件

大學以上學歷,保險、企業管理、資訊管理、資訊工程或相關科系尤佳。 具 5 年以上產品管理、專案管理、系統規劃、商業分析或平台策略規劃相關工作經驗。 熟悉需求分析、流程設計及專案管理方法,具跨部門專案推動經驗。 具備保險商品、投保流程、保單售後服務流程或保險營運相關知識。 具優秀邏輯思考、問題分析及解決能力,能將複雜資訊轉化為具體可執行方案。 擅長統整專案團隊意見與跨部門溝通,能獨立帶領跨部門專案團隊達成目標。

加分條件

熟悉 Agile、Scrum 運作模式。 曾參與數位平台、行動 App、CRM 或客戶旅程 (Customer Journey) 優化專案。

具備英語溝通能力,可與集團或跨國團隊合作。
