Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design complex wireframes and flows resolving workflow, data viz, validation, and states.
  • Create realistic prototypes (task flows, edge cases, errors) and align test plans with Research/Product.
  • Lead concept generation activities; translate ideas into epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
  • Contribute to product ideation backlogs using insight-led methods; facilitate small ideation workshops.
  • Partner with PM on product strategy artifacts (value propositions, lifecycle views, OKRs/KPIs).
  • Draft clear specs/annotations; partner with Engineering for pixel-perfect, accessible implementation.
  • Identify optimization opportunities in live products; propose hypotheses and no‑regret backlogs.
  • Communicate design rationale to stakeholders; adapt storytelling for audience and context.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years’ experience shipping digital products in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work across web, e-commerce, and other digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience designing end-to-end user journeys and complex product experiences.
  • Solid foundation in interaction and visual design, including typography, layout, colour, and human-centred design principles.
  • Strong Figma skills, with experience in prototyping, usability testing, and design systems.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and applying product metrics, experimentation, and optimisation approaches.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience designing native apps within end-to-end e-commerce journeys.
  • Working knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design, accessibility, and inclusive design practices.
