Job Description
- Manage the full lifecycle of the PASS upgrade project, including planning, execution, testing, migration, and go-live, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
- Coordinate and oversee the deliverables of external vendors (RGI and ALTEN), ensuring alignment between core platform development and integration activities.
- Ensure the technical integration of PASS with the broader IT landscape, including APIs and satellite applications, in collaboration with IT Architecture and technical teams.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and suppliers, translating business requirements into clear and actionable IT deliverables.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate key project risks, including schedule delays, external dependencies, data migration challenges, and go-live stability concerns.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring effective tracking and monitoring of PASS upgrade activities.
- Define and manage dependencies with other project streams, including Product, Digitalization, and IT Architecture.
- Coordinate with the Test Lead to align testing strategies, schedules, and execution plans.
- Prepare project reporting and dashboards related to PASS delivery, integration progress, project status, risks, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Strong technical IT background with a solid understanding of IT concepts, systems integration, and software delivery processes.
- Proven experience managing and delivering IT implementation or transformation projects.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is considered an advantage; solid knowledge of project management methodologies is required.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors and managing complex project environments.
- Strong analytical and risk management capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
