Bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung für innovative eLearning-Angebote und schaffst Lernwelten, die unsere Mitarbeiter:innen weiterbringen.
- Während deiner Werkstudententätigkeit gestaltest du aktiv die Zukunft unserer digitalen Lernlandschaft mit und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Lernplattformen ein.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für unser Trainingsangebot, indem du Kurse administrierst und als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Lernenden agierst.
- Darüber hinaus konzipierst und erstellst du eigenständig neue Online-Lerninhalte und bringst frische Ideen für interaktive Formate ein, um unsere eLearning-Angebote zu bereichern.
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Ingenieurpädagogik, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: idealerweise Kenntnisse in Didaktik und Arbeitspsychologie
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: dir gelingt es, deine Aufgaben strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig zu bearbeiten und du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie kreativem Gestaltungswillen mit; du stellst als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer die Bedürfnisse unserer Lernenden in den Mittelpunkt und arbeitest aktiv an gemeinsamen Lösungen; deine ausgeprägte digitale Affinität hilft dir, dich schnell in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten
- Arbeitsalltag: wir bieten dir die Möglichkeit, hybrid zu arbeiten
- Begeisterung: für neue, innovative Lerntechnologien, digitale Systeme sowie für die Mitarbeiterqualifizierung und Wissensvermittlung
- Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch

Dauer: 12 Monate – 15h/Woche
