Möchtest du die Zukunft des Fertigungscontrollings aktiv mitgestalten und dabei wertvolle Praxiserfahrung sammeln? Bei uns tauchst du tief in die Welt der Kostenanalyse und Digitalisierung ein, wo deine analytischen Fähigkeiten direkt zum Unternehmenserfolg beitragen.
- Während deines Praktikums treibst du die Digitalisierung des Fertigungscontrollings voran, indem du automatisierte Analyse-Tools, Berichte und Dashboards implementierst und ausrollst.
- Für die Bosch Home Comfort Group schaffst du Transparenz, indem du Fertigungskosten analysierst, steuerst und somit aktiv zur Zielerreichung beiträgst.
- Du wirst Teil eines hochmotivierten und dynamischen Teams, das nicht nur Zahlen verwaltet, sondern aktiv Wachstum und Ergebnisoptimierung vorantreibt.
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich BWL oder vergleichbar mit guten bis sehr guten Studienleistungen
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit Power BI und MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint); gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Controlling, Datenbankmodellierung und VBA
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest gerne sowie konstruktiv im Team, richtest dein Handeln stets an den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden aus und überzeugst mit deinen Argumenten, um deine Vorschläge zielorientiert umzusetzen
- Arbeitsalltag: deine Präsenz vor Ort ist erforderlich
- Sprachen: sehr gutes Englisch und Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch

Dauer: 6 Monate
