Who We're Looking For

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.
Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
Strong academic record with involvement in extracurricular activities, organizations, internships, or leadership experiences.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Curious, adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
Passionate about media, marketing, digital transformation, and technology.

What Makes You Stand Out

Internship experience in media, marketing, consulting, technology, business, or related fields.
