Job Description

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Provide regular reports and dashboards for the MD, CIO  and leadership team, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Assess the impact of strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Develop frameworks and models to measure business performance and identify optimization areas.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

• Support in setting targets and benchmarks for various business units.

• Translate complex data insights into clear, impactful presentations and compelling narrative structures for executive audiences

Strategic Support & Insights

• Drive strategic partnership discussions and evaluate collaborative business opportunities

• Work closely with regional stakeholders and external partners to align localized execution with broader organizational goals.

• Assist in business reviews, board presentations, and leadership discussions by providing relevant data and insights.

• Conduct deep dives into operational challenges and provide fact-based recommendations.

• Benchmark company performance against industry trends and competitors.

Project & Initiative Support

• Support the MD Office and CIO office in driving strategic projects and special initiatives.

• Work with different departments to implement performance improvement plans.

• Ensure effective tracking and execution of key business priorities.

Qualifications

• ~4 years of experience in a performance analysis, business analysis, consulting, or strategy role.

• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).

• Experience in working with OKRs, KPIs, and performance frameworks is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to present insights effectively to senior leadership.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
