Brand Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and dynamic Brand Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, launching impactful campaigns, and driving brand awareness in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the guardian of our brand voice while executing multi-channel marketing strategies that resonate with our users and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and monitor innovative brand strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and market share.

• Campaign Management: End-to-end planning and management of 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social media, OOH, and traditional channels.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain and safeguard brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all platforms, touchpoints, and communications.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Local Marketing, Regional Brand Teams, Design, PR, CRM, Growth, and Commercial teams to align brand initiatives with overarching business goals.

• Agency & Vendor Management: Brief, guide, and manage relationships with external creative, PR, and media agencies to ensure high-quality and timely asset production.

• Data & Analytics: Regularly track, analyze, and report on the ROI and effectiveness of branding initiatives, using data to optimize future campaigns.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research, monitor competitor activities, and spot emerging consumer trends to unlock new growth opportunities.

• Event & Activation Management: Take ownership of planning and executing brand activations, customer events, and localized marketing initiatives.

• AI Integration: Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and platforms to streamline content creation, optimize campaign copywriting, and enhance creative brainstorming processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within quick commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, or FMCG industries.

• Language & Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to confidently deliver presentations, create compelling reports, and articulate brand stories to regional or global stakeholders.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern branding principles, digital marketing ecosystems, and consumer behavior.

• Tools & Platforms: High proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media analytics, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira,).

• Skills: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with a sharp eye for creative detail.

• Mindset: A creative thinker backed by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (able to look at numbers and see the story behind them).

• Adaptability: Highly organized, resilient, and agile; capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
