Job Description
The Social Media and Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing digital marketing and communication strategies, with a strong focus on social media platforms, to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and the promotion of the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate the production of visual and written content (photos, videos, copywriting).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Manage online communication with followers, including comments and direct messages.
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote events, offers, and services.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and propose innovative ideas to strengthen online presence.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Previous experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are considered an advantage.
