About the Role
We are partnering with a leading fintech company to hire an experienced Head of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead AI strategy and commercial engagements across enterprise clients.
This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for driving AI adoption, shaping AI transformation strategies, and helping customers unlock business value through Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and advanced analytics. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, working closely with sales, presales, product, and engineering teams to design AI-led business solutions, develop go-to-market strategies, and win strategic
opportunities. The ideal candidate combines deep AI expertise with strong commercial acumen, executive stakeholder management, and solution consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Client Advisory
Act as the executive AI advisor to enterprise customers, helping define their AI vision, transformation roadmap, and business strategy.
Engage with C-level stakeholders to identify business challenges and position AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Lead AI discovery workshops, executive briefings, and innovation sessions with prospective and existing clients.
Translate complex AI technologies into clear business value propositions for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Commercial & Presales Leadership
Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to drive revenue growth through AI consulting, solution selling, and strategic client engagements.
Lead the AI presales lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development, executive presentations, and customer demonstrations.
Develop compelling AI use cases, business cases, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and value realization frameworks.
Support RFPs, RFIs, and large-scale enterprise bids by providing AI subject matter expertise.
Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and become the go-to AI advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Solution Innovation
Design enterprise AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, Conversational AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to expand the organization's AI offerings.
Drive AI innovation by developing repeatable industry-specific AI solutions and accelerators.
Business Growth & Thought Leadership
Develop AI go-to-market strategies for priority industries, including financial services and fintech.
Build strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, AI vendors, startups, and technology partners.
Represent the organization at industry conferences, customer events, webinars, and executive forums as an AI thought leader.
Mentor internal sales, consulting, and delivery teams on AI trends, market opportunities, and solution positioning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, consulting, solution architecture, or AI leadership.
Proven success in client-facing AI consulting, presales, solution engineering, or technology advisory roles.
Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and enterprise AI platforms.
Strong understanding of AI adoption strategies, digital transformation, and business process optimization.
Demonstrated experience engaging with C-suite executives and influencing strategic technology decisions.
Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales, driving AI opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.
Experience working with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent presentation, storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, fintech, or enterprise technology is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
Experience with AI consulting, technology advisory, or professional services organizations.
Background in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or digital transformation consulting.
Existing network of enterprise customers and technology partners across the APAC region.
Experience building AI Centers of Excellence (CoE) or enterprise AI transformation programs.
