🌟 Your Impact & Key Responsibilities
As an Industrial Engineer Specialist, you won't just track standard times—you will be the architect of our work systems and a champion of digitalization across our manufacturing landscape:
🛠️ Design Future-Proof Work Systems: Optimize work environments and machinery for maximum efficiency, ergonomics, and manpower utilization. You will utilize cutting-edge tools, including IGEL and specialized Ergonomics Software, to design workplace loops.
📊 Lead Data-Driven Productivity: Take ownership as the Plant Key User (IE-PKU) for the WERBI Project. Implement productivity measurement instruments, track routing time changes, and optimize StAB analysis to drive plant-wide improvements.
💡 Drive BPS 4.0+ Digitalization: Champion Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) in indirect areas and implement modern digital solutions to achieve strategic policy deployment targets.
⏱️ Master Time Data Management: Build and safeguard a highly accurate, consistent, and up-to-date central database in SAP (connecting with CAPP knowledge CD04603) as the single source of truth for the plant.
Qualifications
🎯 What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
🚗 Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing within the Automotive Industry.
📐 Technical Expertise: Strong background in work contents/elements creation, stacking diagrams, and line balancing.
🛠️ Digital & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics and digital tools (hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or simulation tools is highly preferred!).
🗣️ Language: Proficient command of English (for active cross-functional and global collaboration).
🤝 Soft Skills: A collaborative team player with excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, who can seamlessly interface across different departments.
