Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager & Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our business with leading Japanese Original Equipment Manufacturers (JOEMs) in Thailand's motorcycle sector. You will take full ownership of the commercial relationship, from strengthening partnerships with key accounts to acquiring new business opportunities, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned JOEM customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term strategic partnerships.

  • Drive annual sales targets, ensuring revenue growth and profitability for the assigned customer portfolio.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales and acquisition process for new business, from opportunity identification and quotation preparation to contract negotiation and finalization.

  • Manage all commercial aspects of customer projects, including pricing strategies, contract management, and adherence to project milestones.

  • Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to market intelligence by tracking and analyzing industry trends, OEM production volumes, and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.

  • Proven experience within the automotive, two-wheeler, or a related manufacturing industry is essential.

  • Solid understanding of JOEM business models, commercial processes, and customer expectations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong skills in commercial negotiation, contract management, and strategic planning.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments.

  • Professional fluency in English is required.

  • Proficiency in Japanese is a significant advantage and will be highly regarded.
