Repair Design & Routing Engineer_DCCC

Job Description

• 根据客户维修方案要求和相关设计规范，进行油缸维修报价方案设计、合理安排加工工艺；Carry out cylinder quotation BOM and routing process, concept and detailed design according to customer requirements and relevant design specifications;
• 和客户保持沟通，了解客户现场使用工况，支持销售做好维修报价前期的技术沟通；Keep communicate with customer for products condition, support sales for pre-project stage;
• 维修设计方案应满足经济合理性，减少新制件，应修尽修，配合销售完成22天内的合同报价；The design scheme should be meet the economic rationality, fulfill less than 22days quotation service strategy.
• 保持和供应商的沟通，及时解决供应商加工过程中的问题；Keep communicate with supplier on site, provide solution in time;
• 参与CIP项目（维修设计流程、标准化维修方案等）；Participate in CIP projects (design process, repair solution standardization, etc.);
• 其他临时性工作；Other temporary work.
