Job Description
- Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the kitchen, storage areas, and workstations clean and sanitized.
- Dispose of waste and recycle materials properly.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
