Job Description

• Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the kitchen, storage areas, and workstations clean and sanitized.
• Dispose of waste and recycle materials properly.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
