Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to company standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Replenish room supplies and report low inventory.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Handle guest requests courteously and promptly.
• Ensure lost and found items are recorded and handed over according to company policy.
• Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment safely.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, hospital, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
