Technician Carpenter

Job Description

• Executes all carpentry and associated work to the highest professional standards for the whole complex
• Performs the tasks assigned and ensures their implementation whilst working independently
• Acts on issues and concerns in the activity field immediately and reports findings to management
• Controls stocks and other items in the workshop, maintaining accurate records and ordering additional materials as required
• Adheres to the daily task schedule and ensures timely implementation of all assigned work
• Maintains and inspects all carpentry tools and equipment to ensure they remain in optimal working condition
• Collaborates effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure seamless project completion
• Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices within the workshop environment
• Conducts quality assurance checks on completed work to verify adherence to professional standards and specifications
• Prepares work areas and gathers necessary materials prior to commencing assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma / Certificate in Carpenter  
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role                             
• Other: Should be able to communicate well in English.
