Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the fitness center and provide a personalized, luxury wellness experience.
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized training programs based on guests' goals and fitness levels.
- Lead personal training sessions while ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
- Instruct guests on the proper use of fitness equipment and exercise techniques.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the fitness center at all times.
- Monitor the condition of gym equipment and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
- Promote the hotel's wellness facilities and services, encouraging guest participation in fitness activities.
- Ensure compliance with Barrière Group standards, health and safety regulations, and LQA service standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests while creating a welcoming and motivating environment.
Qualifications

- Do you have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals?

- A Bachelor's Degree from a Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (TEFAA) or an equivalent internationally recognized qualification is required.
- Previous experience as a Gym Trainer or Personal Trainer within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, wellness center, or premium fitness club is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Greek is required. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport with international guests.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification will be considered a strong advantage.
- Your "Plus"? Experience in luxury hospitality, functional training, wellness coaching, or group fitness classes such as yoga, Pilates, or stretching.
