Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the hotel's central storage and receiving areas, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Ensure the proper storage, labeling, rotation, and preservation of all inventory in accordance with company procedures and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure the timely replenishment of supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Issue materials, supplies, and equipment to departments while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Barrière Group procedures, health and safety regulations, and internal inventory control policies.
- Supervise and support the Store team, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
- Identify discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock shortages and report them promptly.
- Prepare inventory and stock movement reports to support operational and financial controls.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining efficient inventory operations?
- Do you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while ensuring accuracy and accountability?

- A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Storage Supervisor, Storekeeper Supervisor, or Inventory Supervisor in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management procedures, stock control, receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Experience working with inventory management or ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office is required.
- Fluency in English and Greek is required. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Your "Plus"? Previous experience with luxury hospitality brands and a strong understanding of hotel operational departments.
