If you want to:

• Bring the Surfshark culture to life by producing internal and external content for Employer Brand initiatives, from filming company events and workations to recording employee interviews and capturing the candid moments that define our culture;

• Master the technical setup, handling camera operation, professional lighting, and audio capture in both studio and on-location environments;

• Transform raw footage into polished assets through precise cutting, color correction, and sound mixing in Adobe Premiere Pro;

• Create for performance by testing different hooks to improve retention and creating multiple short-form cuts from a single shoot;

• Drive production consistency by building and maintaining reusable video templates and editing presets across our channels.

And you can check off:

• A strong portfolio across digital video formats that demonstrates high-quality storytelling and technical finish;

• Proven filming skills, with a basic understanding of how to use light and sound to create the right mood on set;

• Strong video editing skills, including a solid grasp of color grading and sound design to elevate raw footage;

• Comfort with same-day or "live" editing for time-sensitive event recaps;

• A solid understanding of what makes video perform across different social platforms;

• Technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to create simple animations in After Effects independently.

Bonus points if you:

• Create supporting motion graphics and simple animations independently to add that extra layer of polish to your work;

• Have a strong eye for composition and light, with the ability to capture both events and studio/portrait shoots;

• Bridge concept and reality by building shot lists and storyboards that turn written briefs into visual sequences.
