We’re looking for a Mid/Senior Partnerships Manager to join the Marketing Partnerships Team at Incogni. This is a role where your deals directly move the needle. You’ll own our partnership strategy across affiliate and performance-based channels — deciding who we work with, how we grow together, and where the next big opportunity is.

You’ll scale the relationships that bring in the most revenue, negotiate agreements that actually work for both sides, and have the freedom to run with your own ideas inside established accounts. If you’ve been looking for a seat at the table where strategy meets execution — this is it.

If you want to:

  • Build relationships with existing partners;

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies and business plans that align with our overall marketing objectives and focus on performance;

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear performance-based deliverables;

  • Collaborate closely with affiliates and other marketing partners to optimize campaign performance and drive conversions;

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Legal) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives;

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance, identifying key metrics and providing actionable insights for optimization and growth;

  • Stay informed about industry trends and identify new performance-driven partnership opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

And you can check off:

  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships, key account management, or affiliate marketing;

  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and influence successful partnerships at all levels;

  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing, SEO, or paid advertising;

  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills in English;

  • Proven track record of executing partnership strategies and closing deals that drive measurable results;

  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;

  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with tools like Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Salesforce, MixMax, Looker, Impact, CJ, Tune (HasOffers);

  • Are familiar with affiliate marketing platforms and technologies.
