Product Designer - London

Live shows make us feel good. They’re a time to hang with our friends, discover new artists or lose ourselves on the dancefloor. We’re on a mission to bring all of this to more fans, more often – and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer who’s equally at home crafting a polished UI flow as they are building out brand assets, campaign visuals, or motion pieces. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to develop across multiple disciplines simultaneously, working alongside a close-knit, supportive design team.

At DICE, you’ll be part of the company redefining live entertainment. It’s a place where you can be yourself, influence the culture, and create work you’re proud of.

About the role

You’ll sit within the product design team, supporting our multiple squads and their aims which means your weeks will vary on how they look. One day you might be supporting a designer refining a ticketing flow; the next you could be creating motion assets for a campaign or building out social assets for a new feature launch.

You’ll report to the Head of Product Design and work closely with a team of experienced designers who are genuinely invested in helping you grow. There’s a lot of support on offer here — expect real mentorship, honest feedback, and plenty of room to develop across different areas of design.

About you

  • You have 1–3 years of experience in a commercial design environment — agency, studio, or in-house product team
  • You understand the fundamentals of great design. You don’t need them listed here. We don’t expect a junior designer to be perfect but the core understanding is already there to be sharpened.

  • Your portfolio demonstrates the range required: product/UI work and brand, motion, or campaign design.

  • You have hands-on experience with motion design tools (Jitter, After Effects, Rive or similar). We use Jitter here at DICE currently but we’re not precious about tools. Whatever gets the job done.

  • Skills or an interest in illustration would be a lovely bonus.

  • You understand how to design for responsive web and native mobile platforms.

  • You love music and care about the mission to bring more people to live shows.

  • You're hungry to learn, not precious about feedback, and most importantly, want to develop across multiple facets of design.

  • You take ownership of your craft. Mistakes are part of developing as a designer and aren’t an issue but you have to learn from them.

You will

  • Support product design workstreams across squads, executing high-quality UI and interaction design.

  • Create brand assets and visual design collateral for campaigns, launches, and product moments.

  • Produce motion design and animation for digital surfaces, including app, web, and social.

  • Contribute to social media campaigns with on-brand graphic design and visual storytelling.

  • Support the evolution of DICE's brand through illustration, graphic design, and creative exploration.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and researchers in regular critique sessions.

  • Communicate design decisions clearly and contribute positively to team culture.
