Requirements

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — all Dutch-language customer interactions will be conducted at a high professional standard.
  • Valid EU passport or the legal right to work within the European Union (mandatory).
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a patient, solution-oriented, and empathetic approach.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support Services, call centre operations, helpdesk support, or a related customer-facing role is considered a strong advantage.
