Are you a Norwegian speaker, and ready to experience the life abroad? At Mercier Consultancy, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Norwegian Solutions Consultant for our client, who's looking forward to relocate and enjoy the rich cultural life which Greece offers; all enabled by a fully paid relocation package!
In this position you'll be working for a leading provider of digital solutions, and be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional support and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression, furthering your career while enjoying the vibrant culture and lifestyle Greece offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries for Norwegian speaking customers.
- Resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer service processes.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software tools.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
