Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
Develop deployment templates for Azure resources using ARM/Bicep.
Ensure all cloud resources comply with security and governance standards.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Service Management APIs.
Collaborate closely with QA Engineers to integrate automated testing into deployment pipelines.
Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, performant, and well documented.
Support integrations between APIs and enterprise applications.
Monitor API performance and troubleshoot operational issues when needed.
Participate in operational support and incident resolution activities.

Strong experience with Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML) and Infrastructure as Code solutions such as ARM or Bicep.
Expertise with Azure services including API Management, Container Apps, Azure Functions, and App Configuration.
Knowledge of Azure networking components such as VNets, subnets, and private endpoints.
Experience with API development and RESTful integrations.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Good understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across teams.
